Sunway Square Mall – Opening Happenings

The campaign will run from 11 Dec 2025 to 12 Dec 2025. These terms and conditions govern participation in the Sunway Square Mall Opening Giveaway. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To participate, individuals must:

• Visit Sunway Square Mall during the Campaign period, redeem at L1, Main Concourse.
• Shoppers are required to download Sunway Super App, access “Sunway Square Mall Opening Giveaway” in the app, scan the QR code from on-ground staff, claim the voucher(s) in-app, and present them at the redemption counter to complete the redemption.
• Each eligible participant will be entitled to one (1) Giant Paper Bag which contains one (1) Squarrel Plushie Keychain, one (1) Zus Coffee voucher OR one (1) Happy Potato voucher OR one (1) Chagee voucher.
• The giant goodie bag is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served, while stock last basis.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Campaign is open to all residents and visitors of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above. Participants under eighteen (18) years old are required to obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual who does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
• Redemption items and rewards are non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Each shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption only, based on one (1) unique mobile device and one (1) verified account.
• Redemption items are available strictly on a first-come, first-served and while stock last basis. No disputes will be entertained once the items have been fully redeemed.
• The Organizer reserves the right to replace or substitute any reward or item without prior notification.

• Workshop participation is limited to available slots and subject to on-ground registration. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel any scheduled session without prior notice due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All offers are provided solely by participating tenants. The Organizer is not liable for tenant-provided products, vouchers, services, or workshop quality.
• Participants must adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizer and on-ground representatives.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in misconduct.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or any part thereof, without prior notice.
• The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience, whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in the Campaign or from the use of any reward.
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway. All personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice available at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/.
• Participants are deemed to have read the Notice and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with it for purposes related to the Campaign, including but not limited to verification, prize fulfillment, and publicity.
• By participating, participants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and other related materials by the Organizer for publicity and promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation.
• All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the Campaign are final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

The campaign will run from 11 Dec 2025 to 14 Dec 2025. These terms and conditions govern participation in the Sunway Square Mall Opening Deals by tenants. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To participate, individuals must:

• Visit Sunway Square Mall during the Campaign period.
• Download Sunway Super App and redeem the e-Vouchers via the App under “Sunway Square Mall Opening Deals”.
• The e-vouchers are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served, while stock last basis.
• 4-Day Special is available for all participating tenants only, redeemable from [date].
• Participants may redeem the collected vouchers at participating tenants’ outlets in Sunway Square Mall ONLY.

This campaign will run from 11 Dec 2025 to 24 Mar 2026.

To participate in the Campaign, individuals must:

• Spend a minimum of RM150 in a maximum of three (3) combined receipts from any Sunway Square Mall outlets within the same day are entitled to redeem ONE (1) Squarrel Blind Box.
• UOB Cardholders are entitled to redeem ONE (1) Squarrel Blind Box with a minimum spend of RM100 in a maximum of three (3) combined receipts from any Sunway Square Mall outlets within the same day.
• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the designated redemption counter at L1 Main Concourse.
• Receipts must be verified by the redemption staff, and the Organizer reserves the right to reject any receipt that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon successful receipt verification, the blind box will be issued to the shopper. The design inside each blind box is randomly allocated and is strictly subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Campaign is open to all residents and visitors of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant at its sole discretion should the terms and conditions not be met.
• Only original receipts from purchases made at participating Sunway Square Mall outlets are eligible.
• Duplicate, reprinted, handwritten, or guest check receipts are not eligible for redemption.
• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Geo, Sunway Lagoon, or any other Sunway properties are not valid.
• Receipts from bill payments, reloads, top-ups, banks, money changers, and similar non-retail transactions are not eligible.
• Online orders and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Grab, Shopee, FoodPanda, etc.) are not eligible.
• Purchases made using cash vouchers, gift cards, or shopping vouchers are not valid for this redemption.
• Redemption is on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained once all items have been fully redeemed.
• Each shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per day, regardless of total amount spent.
• All redemption items are non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

• Shoppers are required to provide personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.

• Participants are deemed to have read and agreed to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Notice.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries at its discretion.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in this Campaign or use of any reward.
• The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign are final and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or complaint will be entertained.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
