To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all visitors - both human and furry, please kindly observe the following rules:
1. Clean Up After Your Pet
Promptly dispose of any pet waste using the designated bins to maintain cleanliness for everyone.
2. Maintain Park Hygiene
Help preserve a hygienic and healthy environment for all pets and park-goers.
3. Respect Park Property
Please refrain from vandalizing or damaging any park facilities, equipment, or signage.
4. Promote Harmony
Treat fellow visitors and their pets with kindness and respect to foster a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
5. Keep Pets Within Sight
Always keep your pet within your line of sight and under control.
6. Minimize Noise
Prevent excessive barking or disruptive noise that may disturb others.
7. Leash Rules
All pets are required to be on a leash while in the park to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors.
8. Follow All Park Rules
Adhere to all posted guidelines and staff instructions to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all users, please kindly observe the following rules:
1. Adult Supervision
Pets must be accompanied by an adult. Only one pet per handler is allowed.
2. Size Restrictions
Only small to medium breed pets are allowed. Pets must be below 40cm in height or under 20kg in weight.
3. Capacity Limit
A maximum of 15 individuals (pets and handlers) are allowed inside the playground at one time. Kindly wait for your turn if the space is full.
4. Leash Policy
All pets are required to be on a leash while in the park to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors.
5. Cleanliness and Hygiene
Please help us maintain a clean environment. Do not allow pets to urinate inside the Sunway Square playground. All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of in the designated bins.
6. Supervision and Behavior
Pet owners must actively supervise their pets at all times. Avoid any aggressive or disruptive behavior towards other pets. In case of conflict or fighting, owners are required to intervene immediately. If rules are not followed, the Management reserves the right to request both pet and owner to leave the facility.
7. Health & Responsibility
Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ health, safety, and any personal belongings. The Management shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or property loss incurred while using the playground.
8. Owner Responsibility for Pet Disputes
In the event of any dispute, altercation, injury, or damage involving pets at the pet playground, the pet owner(s) involved shall bear full responsibility. This includes any costs, injuries, or liabilities arising from such incidents. The park and its management shall not be held liable for any such event.
