Foodie Milestones - Terms & Conditions

• This campaign will run from 30 April to 28 June 2026.
• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Super App and register as a member prior to participating in the campaign.
• To participate in the redemption, shoppers are required to spend RM50 and above in a single receipt at participating Sunway Super App merchants and collect Sunway Points to receive 1 stamp in the app.
• Shoppers can collect stamps and unlock the following rewards upon reaching:
  • 1 stamp: RM5 Village Grocer Voucher
  • 3 stamps: RM5 Sunway Points
  • 5 stamps: RM15 Odon Beyond Voucher
  • 7 stamps: RM5 Village Grocer Voucher
  • 8 stamps: 1 Squarrel Keychain
  • 10 stamps: RM10 Village Grocer Voucher
• All physical vouchers and items are redeemable at L1 Main Concourse, Concierge Counter. Sunway Points are redeemable via the Sunway Super App, unless stated otherwise.
• All redemption items are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. No disputes will be entertained once items are fully redeemed.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, foodpanda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants or outlet staff are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
• By participating in the redemption, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• By taking part in the redemption, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Top Foodie Reward - Terms & Conditions

• This campaign will run from 30 April to 28 June 2026.
• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Super App and register as a member prior to participating in the campaign. Eligible spending receipts from participating Sunway Super App merchants must be submitted to collect Sunway Points.
• Each stamp collected entitles shoppers to 1 entry for a chance to win a limited-edition Squarrel Pillow.
• By participating in this activity, all participants consent to giving Sunway Square Mall the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the activity.
• Sunway Square Mall may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this campaign and extending the campaign period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Square Mall's official website or Facebook page.
• Winners will be contacted by Sunway Square Mall at any time deemed appropriate via email or any other mode of communication as determined by Sunway Square Mall. If Sunway Square Mall is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Square Mall reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, and the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Square Mall on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• Sunway Square Mall reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
• Sunway Square Mall's decisions on any matter relating to this campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Square Mall.
• The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
• In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable, and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
• Sunway Square Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
• By participating in this activity, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of Sunway Square.

Free Parking - Terms & Conditions

• This campaign will run from 30 April to 28 June 2026.
• To be eligible for the free parking, individuals must:
  • Visit and spend a minimum of RM50 at Sunway Square Mall during the campaign period.
  • Free parking is applicable for 1 vehicle entry per shopper per day only.
  • Complimentary parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours per redemption. Any duration exceeding this will be subject to the prevailing parking rates.
  • Complimentary parking redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the designated redemption counter at L1 Main Concourse.
  • Receipts must be verified by the redemption staff, and The Management reserves the right to reject any receipt that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Management reserves the right to determine and amend the free parking mechanism (e.g., validation via app, QR scan, manual verification, etc.) at its discretion without prior notice.
• This campaign is open to all shoppers of legal driving age in Malaysia who hold a valid driver's license and who visit and make purchases at Sunway Square Mall during the campaign period.
• The Management reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants based on purchase records, entry logs, or driver's license details at its sole discretion.
• Tenants or outlet staff are not entitled to the free parking privilege.
• The free parking privilege is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other benefits.
• The Management shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles or belongings left in the vehicles during the parking period.
• The free parking benefit is strictly applicable for visits to Sunway Square Mall only and does not extend to other Sunway properties or external parking facilities.
• The Management reserves the right to disqualify or revoke the entitlement of any shopper found to have misused or attempted fraudulent claims of the free parking offer.
• The Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or any part thereof without prior notice.
• All decisions made by The Management are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
• The Management shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the cancellation, suspension, or amendment of this campaign.
• By participating in this campaign, shoppers agree and consent to The Management's collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the campaign.
• All personal data will be handled in accordance with The Management's Personal Data Protection Notice available at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/.
• Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the processing of their personal data as set out in the Notice.
