The campaign will run from 11 Dec 2025 to 14 Dec 2025. These terms and conditions govern participation in the Sunway Square Mall Opening Deals by tenants. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms.
To participate, individuals must:
• Visit Sunway Square Mall during the Campaign period.
• Download Sunway Super App and redeem the e-Vouchers via the App under “Sunway Square Mall Opening Deals”.
• The e-vouchers are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served, while stock last basis.
• 4-Day Special is available for all participating tenants only, redeemable from [date].
• Participants may redeem the collected vouchers at participating tenants’ outlets in Sunway Square Mall ONLY.
Terms & Conditions:
• The Campaign is open to all residents and visitors of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above. Participants under eighteen (18) years old are required to obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual who does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
• The vouchers or items are non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are required to present proof of participation and provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
• Redemption items are available strictly on a first-come, first-served and while stock last basis. No disputes will be entertained once the items have been fully redeemed.
• The Organizer reserves the right to replace or substitute any reward or item without prior notification.
• Images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the visuals used in marketing materials.
• Workshop participation is limited to available slots and subject to on-ground registration. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel any scheduled session without prior notice due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All offers are provided solely by participating tenants. The Organizer is not liable for tenant-provided products, vouchers, services, or workshop quality.
• Participants must adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizer and on-ground representatives.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in misconduct.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or any part thereof, without prior notice.
• The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience, whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in the Campaign or from the use of any reward.
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway. All personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice available at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/
• Participants are deemed to have read the Notice and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with it for purposes related to the Campaign, including but not limited to verification, prize fulfillment, and publicity.
• By participating, participants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and other related materials by the Organizer for publicity and promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation.
• All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the Campaign are final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
